      Our warranty primarily covers functional defects resulting from raw materials or manufacturing processes. All products are backed by a comprehensive warranty system; the specific applicable terms are subject to the actual sales contract.

    • What materials are required to submit an after-sales warranty claim?

      You must provide the product serial number or batch number, clear photographs of the defective area, the original proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the operating conditions to facilitate a prompt assessment.

    • Which usage scenarios are excluded from warranty coverage?

      Situations such as abnormal wear and tear, overloading, improper installation, damage caused by external impact, chemical corrosion, and improper maintenance are not covered under the warranty.

    • How does the after-sales policy differ for custom-made tires?

      Custom products are also covered by our standard warranty system; however, as they involve the development of non-standard molds, we recommend thorough upfront communication regarding technical specifications to ensure that your after-sales rights and entitlements are clearly defined.

    • How can overseas customers access after-sales service?

      HONOUR products are exported to numerous markets worldwide, including South Africa, Brazil, and the United States. Global customers can obtain after-sales support either through their local authorized dealers or by contacting our Qingdao headquarters directly.
